Wedding Flower Booking
How far in advance should we book our wedding florist?
We recommend booking as soon as you've secured your venue. Most couples book 9–18 months in advance, particularly for spring and summer weddings. As we only accept one wedding per day, popular dates often book well ahead of time.
Do you have a minimum spend?
Yes. Our wedding collections begin from $2,000, with fully bespoke weddings starting from $10,000+. This allows us to provide the level of quality, service and attention to detail we're known for.
Do you only do weddings?
Our speciality is weddings. Focusing on weddings allows us to dedicate our creativity, time and expertise to creating exceptional floral experiences for every couple.
Design Process What if I don't know what flowers I want?
That's completely normal! Most couples know how they want their wedding to feel rather than knowing specific flower varieties. We'll guide you through colours, textures, seasonal blooms and overall styling to create a floral design that's uniquely yours.
Can you recreate flowers from Pinterest?
Pinterest is a fantastic source of inspiration, but every wedding is unique. Rather than copying another wedding exactly, we use your inspiration to create something personalised that reflects your style, venue and season.
Can I request specific flowers?
Absolutely. If they're in season and available through our trusted growers, we'll source them whenever possible. If a particular flower isn't available due to seasonality or quality, we'll recommend beautiful alternatives that achieve the same overall look.
Do you only use fresh flowers?
Yes. We work exclusively with premium fresh flowers and foliage to create luxurious, natural-looking arrangements.
Seasonal Flowers
Do flowers have seasons?
Yes! Just like fruit and vegetables, flowers are seasonal. Designing with seasonal blooms ensures the freshest flowers, the best quality and excellent value. We prioritise locally grown New Zealand flowers wherever possible.
What happens if my chosen flowers aren't available?
Mother Nature always has the final say. Weather, crop conditions and supply can sometimes affect availability. If this happens, we'll carefully substitute with flowers of similar colour, style and value while maintaining your overall design.
Pricing Why do wedding flowers cost what they do?
Wedding flowers involve much more than the flowers themselves. Your investment includes consultation, design, sourcing premium blooms, conditioning, creating each arrangement by hand, transport, on-site setup, installation, pack down (where applicable), and years of professional expertise.
Can you work within my budget?
Yes. During our consultation we'll discuss your priorities and recommend where your budget will have the greatest impact, ensuring every dollar is spent thoughtfully.
Wedding Day Do you deliver and set everything up?
Yes. We personally deliver your bouquets and floral arrangements, then professionally install your ceremony and reception flowers so everything looks perfect before your guests arrive.
Do you return to pack everything down?
For larger installations and hired items, yes. We'll discuss collection and pack-down requirements during the planning process.
Do you travel outside Auckland?
Yes. We're based on Auckland's Hibiscus Coast and happily travel throughout Auckland and beyond. Travel fees may apply depending on your venue location.
Booking & Payments
How do we secure our wedding date?
Once you're happy with your quote, your date is secured once you have paid the retainer, once this has been received you are officially booked in.
Can we make changes after booking?
Absolutely. We understand weddings evolve during the planning process. Final adjustments are typically made around 6–8 weeks before your wedding.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Our cancellation terms are outlined in your initial quote. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
